The guitar is well suited to rock, blues and metal music with its fast action and powerful pickups. The assorted pickup array includes a humbucker in the bridge position designed specifically for lead guitar licks, a single coil in the middle position which sounds very smooth and blusey running up and down pentatonic scales and arpeggios and a finally a humbucker in the neck position. With a little distortion through a valve amp and the guitar neck pickup selected this guitar could be mistaken for Slashs Les Paul.
